Ruth Marie Tuchscherer

Ruth Marie Tuchscherer, 82, of Avon Park, FL, passed away peacefully June 01, 2016, with Ted, her husband of 65 years and Peanut, their Yorkie at her side. She was born on April 23, 1934 in Calumet County, Wisconsin to the late Herman and Alexia (Stommel) Borree. Ruth resided at Highlands Ridge in Florida the past 20 years but she never stopped calling Menasha, WI home. She remained a member of St. Timothy's Lutheran Church. Along with her husband, Ted, she is survived by her daughter Jerilyn Abba of WI. A memorial service is planned for Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at Appleton Highland Memorial Park Chapel. Visitation begins at 10:00 am and Pastor Dave Skarsten of St. Tim's will officiate at the 11:00 am service. Special thanks to Mary and Dana of Vitas Hospice Services for caring for Mom the past 8 months.
