Ruth W. Robinson, 93, passed away on Sept. 28, 2018 in Sebring Fl. She was born in Jackson, Tennessee to Ruth and Lawrence Westerdahl. She leaves behind three children; son Larry Robinson of Valrico, Florida, daughter Mimi Biddle (John) of Chesapeake, Virginia, and daughter Betty Schwalenberg (Joe) of Sebring, Florida. There are ten grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.  She moved to Florida in 1992 from Virginia. She was a teacher for 30 years. She was a graduate of the University of Miami where she met her husband, Robert F. Robinson, Jr, they were married 52 years. Robert was a retired special agent with the FBI with over 30 years of service and a World War II veteran. Ruth was widowed in 1999. She was a volunteer at the Florida Hospital in Sebring for 6 years and she also tutored children in her home. She enjoyed traveling with family, taking care of her pets, gardening, playing bridge, and spending time with family.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Dementia Society of America. Visitation will be held at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2018 at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home with a service to follow at 7 p.m.
