Rudolph A Berry Sr.

Rudolph Alexander Berry “ Rudy”, was born in Kingston Jamaica on March 18, 1932. He was one of five boys born to William Berry and Sylvia O’Meally Berry. Rudy grew up in Kingston, Jamaica with his lifelong friend Keith Lawton. They were so close that they married sisters. Rudy married Olga “Joyce” Goulbourne in 1957. Rudy and Joyce migrated to New York in 1961 with their daughter Sandra. In New York Rudy and Joyce enjoyed entertaining friends and family at their home in Queens. Their two boys Rudy Jr. and Aubrey were born in New York. In 1969 Rudy and Joyce moved to Florida to enjoy a warmer climate. Their daughter Denise was born in Miami. In 1995 Rudy and Joyce retired to Lake Placid , Florida for rest and relaxation. Rudy loved his family. He especially loved his wife Joyce, who he also loved to tease. He is survived and dearly missed by his wife Olga (Joyce) Berry; children – Sandra Hannan, Rudolph Berry Jr, Aubrey Berry and Denise Berry; grandchildren – Michael Anderson, Daniel Hannan, Mark Stewart Jr., Alisha Hannan, Elizabeth Berry, Andrew Berry, Matthew Stewart; great-grandchildren -  Damien Anderson and Jayden Anderson; many nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends.
