RUBY ARLENE BLAIN Ruby Arlene Blain, age 93, of Sebring, Florida, passed away Friday, October 18, 2013, in Sebring. She was born January 26, 1920, to Virgil and Minnie Caroline (St. Clair) Siders in Pliny, West Virginia, and had been a resident of Sebring since 1989, coming from Columbus, Ohio. She was employed as a factory worker in the telephone industry; was a member of Parkway Church of Christ and loved her family. She is survived by her husband, Clifford O. Blain of Sebring; daughters, Carolyn (Robert) Rapp, Sebring and Lorada (Alan) Prenoveau, Bluffton, South Carolina; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
