Roy W. Sims, age 58, passed away on Thursday, October 27, 2011 in Sebring, FL. He was born in Avon Park, FL on May 20, 1953 to Walter Rufus and Maureen (Knowles) Sims. He was a Concrete Finisher in Construction, of the Baptist Faith and a lifelong resident of Highlands County. He is survived by his wife, Joy Ranae Sims of Sebring; Daughters, Andrea (David ) Green of Frostproof, FL and Tonya (Joey) Todd of Avon Park, FL; Brother, JR (Katie) Sims, of Avon Park, FL and 3 grandchildren.
