Roy Arthur Pitts

Roy Arthur Pitts, age 73, passed away on Wednesday July 5, 2017 in Sebring, FL. He was born on June 1, 1944 in Lake Wales, FL to the late Odell and Annie Mae (Mixon) Pitts. Roy has been a lifelong resident of Polk County. He previously served in the National Guard and later worked in the Citrus Industry.  He was an avid fisherman and loved watching NASCAR and the NFL.   Roy is survived by his two sons:  Daniel Pitts (Cheryl) of Okeechobee, FL, Anthony Pitts (Nadine) of Atlanta, GA; his sister Mary Pitts of Frostproof, FL; 4 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren.  Interment will be held at Silver Hill Cemetery in Frostproof, FL.
