ROY GENE HODGE Roy Gene Hodge, 81, of Sebring, FL, passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2010. He was born March 28, 1928 to Omar and Eva (Korporal) Hodge in Van Buren, Indiana. He had been a winter resident of Sebring since 1978, coming from Marion, IN. He was the owner of Hodges Tradewinds Lounge in Marion, IN and a veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving during WWII and Korea. He was a lifetime member of BPOE #195 in Marion, IN; Sun N Lake Golf and Country Club; and American Legion in Avon Park. He is survived by his Wife of 35 years, Nela Hodge - Sebring; Son, Joe Hodge (Mickey) Marion, IN; Daughter, Cindy Sammons (George) Lithia, FL; Son, Kenneth Price Marion, IN; Grandchildren, Molly Hodge, Tyler Hodge, Ryan Schwanenberger, Morgan Sammons, Justyn Price, and Jacob Price. He was preceded in death by his Son, John Hodge and Brother, Charlie Hodge. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 7, 2010 at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home, Sebring, Rev.
