Roxanna Jo Taylor

Roxanna J. Taylor, age 61, of Sebring, Florida, passed away peacefully in her sleep on January 14, 2026.

Roxanna was a devoted wife and a loving mother to her two daughters, who were the center of her world. She cherished the life she built with her family and found her greatest joy in the time they shared together.

She is survived by her husband, Charles “Chuck” Taylor; her daughters, Charley Taylor and Kelsey Taylor; and her brother, Kevin Boyd.

Roxanna found peace and comfort at the beach, where the calming of the ocean brought her happiness. Music and concerts energized her spirit, reflecting her free nature and deep love of life. She treasured time spent with family and friends —sharing laughter, stories, and meaningful moments that became lasting memories.

She was deeply dedicated to her work at the Emergency Operations Center (EOC), where she served with unwavering commitment, compassion, and pride. Helping others was a responsibility she embraced wholeheartedly, and her work was far more than a job—it earned her the respect and appreciation of all who worked alongside her.

Those who knew Roxanna will remember her for her warmth, kindness, and loving heart. She leaves behind a legacy of love that will continue to live on through everyone fortunate enough to have known her.

She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
