Rosie Lee Lampkin

Rosie Lee Lampkin, age 74 passed away Sunday, May 5, 2013 in Dunedin, Florida. Mrs. Lampkin was born in Sylvester, Georgia to Anthony, Sr. and Mary (Phillips) Stephens. She worked in the Agricultural Industry, she was a member of Beulah Baptist Church in Avon Park, and had been a resident of Avon Park since 1966 coming from Sylvester, Georgia; she enjoyed cooking, visiting shut in's, supporting her family and spending time with her family and friends. Mrs. Lampkin is survived by 6 children; 2 sisters; 15 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 2 daughters-Teresa and Betty Ann Lampkin, 6 sisters and 3 brothers. Visitation will be held Friday, May 10, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Beulah Baptist Church, 1017 South Delaney Street, Avon Park, Florida 33825. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 11, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. also at Beulah Baptist Church with Pastor C.L. Carter officiating. Burial will follow in Lincoln Garden Cemetery.
