ROSE MARTINA WILSON Rose Martina Wilson, age 88, of Sebring, FL, passed away Saturday, December 22, 2012 in Sebring, FL. She was born on April 16, 1924 to Luigi and Frances Martino in West Middletown, OH and had been a resident of Sebring, FL since 1980, coming from Norfolk, VA. She retired from the Navy Civil Service as Parts Expediter for the U.S. Atlantic Carrier Fleet. She received many awards for her work, and was also a veteran of WW II serving in the U.S. Navy. Mrs. Wilson was a member of St. Catherine Catholic Church, American Legion Post 25, Moose lodge and active member of the Highlands Senior Center, Inc. She is survived by her daughter - Judi Sanders of Flower Mound, TX; brother - Paul Martina of Middletown, OH; nephew - Richard Rice of Sebring, FL; her companion - Devon Wilckens of Sebring, FL; and her longtime friend - Affie Twiford of Bradenton, FL. A memorial service will be held at a later date at the Highlands Senior Center in the Sebring Hills Club House.
