ROSALIE A. FOGG Rosalie Fogg, 99, passed away July 20, 2013 at the Lake Placid Health Care Center in Lake Placid, FL. She was born September 27, 1913 to Ezra and Nellie Bemis in Brownville Jct., Maine. Rosalie was a graduate of the University of Maine, where she majored in elementary education. Rosalie's parents and nine siblings all predeceased her. She is survived by her three children; Carl Fogg of Sebring, FL, Joan Endicott and Betty Whitaker of Lake Placid FL and Harris Endicott and Bobby Whitaker were very special surviving son in-laws. She had four grandchildren; Mark Randall of Tempe, AZ, Jeff Fogg of Palatka, FL, Robbie Whitaker and Paula Culverhouse of Lake Placid, FL and eight great-grandchildren. Rosalie spent her lifetime of employment in Elementary Education. She was an Elementary Principal in Bath, ME for many years and continued teaching after moving to Bangor and Loring Air Force Base in Maine. Rosalie was affiliated with the Eastside Christian Church in Lake Placid for many years. She gained great fulfillment and pleasure with close friends worshipping in the congregation led by S.C. and Janet Couch. Rosalie will be laid to rest beside her husband, Raymond, in the Milo Cemetery in Maine. A small family gathering is planned in Lake Placid and Milo. Friends wishing to make donations in her memory are asked to make them to the American Cancer Society or other charitable organization of their choice.
