Heaven welcomed a bright and beautiful soul and he will be dearly missed.  Beloved and dedicated husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, Ronald C. Rice, age 79, passed away on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 in Sebring, Florida at Good Sheppard Hospice Hospital. He was born on June 16, 1941 in Albion, Michigan the son of Emerson and Beatrice (Brownell) Rice. Ronald graduated from Albion High School, Class of 1959.  He was a member of the US National Guard and worked most of his life as an insurance agent and eventually along with his wife and partner, Elaine, realized the dream of becoming an agency owner. A supportive, kind, loving, and committed husband, Ronald celebrated his 50 th wedding anniversary with his best friend and love of his life in November. The two shared a rare and profound love that will transcend this temporary separation between heaven and earth and last for eternity. A man of unwavering faith in his Lord and Savior, Ronald loved deeply and his commitment to his family consistently shined through his thoughts, words, and actions.  Ronald was full of hugs, warmth, and laughter.  He always had a kind word to share, an encouraging smile that warmed the hearts of those blessed to know him and clothes that reflected his bright, glowing personality.  A truly generous man, Ronald offered unwavering and constant strength and support to his family and friends. Besides his parents Emerson and Beatrice, he was preceded in death by his son Mark Hilborn Bommarito and his sister Sharon (Rice) Kusel. Surviving in addition to his wife Elaine (Hilborn) Rice are his sons Gregory Alden Rice and wife Kelly and Nicholas John Bommarito and wife Michon and his daughter-in-law Terre Bommarito, six grandchildren, Andrea, Sarah, Brittny, David, Jack, and Emily, four great grandchildren, brother Emerson Rice and wife Suzi, sister Carolyn (Rice) DeTurene and husband Charles,  sister-in-law Joanne (Hilborn) Terry and husband Ralph, and many nieces and nephews.
