ROGER LEE HUGHES Age 70, of Sebring, died on Friday June 17, 2011. He was born on December 6, 1940 in Washington,D.C. to Harold and Mildred Zinn Hughes. Roger was a Correctional Officer, a life member of the Moose Lodge for 22 years, had been a Deputy Sheriff in Dade County, and has been a resident here since 1994, formerly of Miami,FL. Survivors Include: Daughter- Terri A. Effland (Scott) of Palm City, FL; Son- Roger L. Hughes, Jr. (Megan) of Titusville, FL.; and 4 Grandchildren.
