ROBERT L. WHITBY Robert L. Whitby, 91, of Sebring, Florida, passed away Friday, November 27, 2009, in Sebring. He was born April 10, 1918, to Guy and Dorothy Barranette Whitby in Pittsburg, PA. He was a plaster contractor in the construction industry and was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Marines. Mr. Whitby is survived by his Wife, Dorothy Whitby of Sebring; Daughters, April W. Wegman, N. Miami, FL and June Anderson, Dunnellon, FL; several Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren. Memorial services are being held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 13, 2009, in the Stephenson-Nelson Chapel in Sebring.
