Robert Wayne Shane, 91, passed away Thursday, June 1st 2017 in Sebring, FL. Born in Brooklyn, Indiana to the late Lawrence Edwin and Thelma Dean (Forrester) Shane on April 25th 1926. Robert served in the Navy during World War 2, belonged to the VFW and the Masonic Lodge. He retired from India polis Power and Light as a Maintenance Supervisor.. Robert enjoyed boating and golfing but his family always came first. Survivors include: daughters; Sheryl (Larry) McAllister, Port Charlotte, FL.; Marcia (Jack) Clark, Ocala, FL; and son; Patrick (Mary Sue) Shane, St. Cloud, FL.; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his loving wife, Mary Ellen Shane.
