Robert E. Olson

Robert E. Olson, age 89, passed away on Sunday, January 18, 2015, in Sebring, Florida. He is survived by his loving daughters, Terry and Jane, step-children, Kris, Cheryl and Denny, and his sister Helen Carver. He had three children, seventeen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his lovely wife, Rose and son, Robby, and two brothers. Bob was a native of La Porte, Indiana and spent winters in Sebring, Florida. Bob served in the Army Air Corps in World War II and he was a long time member of the La Porte Yacht Club. He loved to play golf, cards and always enjoyed his evening schnally gaster (Schnally). He was a wonderful man who would occasionally burst into song. He was full of fun and knew how to live life.
