ROBERT LOUIS NELSON Robert Louis Nelson, 53, passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2012 in Sebring, Florida. He was born in Orlando, FL on April 24, 1958 to Richard and Dinah (Sumpter) Nelson. He was a laborer in the citrus industry, was a member of Carolina Church of Christ in Avon Park and was a resident of Avon Park since 1962 coming from Columbia, South Carolina in 1962. He is survived by his wife of 15 years, Tracy Nelson of Avon Park; Parents, Richard & Dinah Nelson of Avon Park; Children, Iesha Nelson and Rotrivia Nelson, both of Avon Park; Sisters, Annie (Norris) Washington of Avon Park; Dorothy (Jeremiah) Stephens of Avon Park; Brenda (Leroy) Gasque of South Carolina; brothers, Willie Nelson of Sebring; Richard Nelson of Avon Park; Many nieces and nephews and a host of cousins and uncles. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2012 at 12:00 PM at the Progressive Church of God by Faith. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until service time.
