Robert C. Miller

Robert C. Miller, 40, of Sebring, Florida, formerly of Effingham, Illinois passed away on Saturday, April 23, 2011. Robert C. Miller is the son of Jerry D. Miller of Beecher City, Illinois and Maureen M. Tuzza (Collins) of Toano, Virginia, and the brother of Jerry V. Miller, (wife, Rebecca) and Jeff D. Miller of Effingham, Illinois, and Felicia A. Boccia (husband, Guy), of Lakeside, California. Rob was born on August 14, 1970 at St. Anthonys Memorial Hospital. Rob worked for the City of Sebring as a Public Works Director. He was an asset to the community, and he will be missed dearly. Survivors include his two children: Caleb and Chanel of Sebring, Florida, special friend Trinny and her son Chris, his father, mother, brothers and sister. He will be greatly missed by his nieces and nephews Alissa, Hannah, Haley, Allison, Zach, and Jerry Miller, Tyler Boucher, Brooke and Logan Talley and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 30th, 2011 from 1:00 P.M. 4:00 P.M. at the Knights of Columbus in Effingham, Illinois. The family welcomes photographs and memories to share during the celebration. Casual attire is requested. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations for Caleb and Chanel. A trust fund will be set up at Crossroads Bank in Effingham, Illinois.
