Robert L Chudzinski

Robert L. Chudzinski, age 85 passed away Sunday, March 11, 2012 in Sebring, Florida. Mr. Chudzinski was born in Sandusky County, Ohio to Joseph and Ann (Garvin) Chudzinski. Mr. Chudzinski was the owner/operator of a meat store, he was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Avon Park, Florida, he served in the United States Army Air Corp during World War II, he enlisted at the age of 19, he was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross and was part of the 13th Air Corp where he was a tail gunner in a B24 Bomber, he was an avid Cleveland Indians Baseball fan, he enjoyed golfing and boating and spending time with his family and friends. Mr. Chudzinski was a winter visitor in Highlands County for many years coming from Ohio. He is survived by his wife of 64 years-Mary Chudzinski of Fremont, Ohio; children-Brenda Seilhamer (John) of Zenia, Ohio, Christine Chudzinski of Temecula, California and Michael Chudzinski (Sharon) of Fremont, Ohio; 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren and several nephews. Mr. Chudzinski was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter-Mary Louise Chudzinski.
