Robert Anthony Brosso

Robert (“Bob”) Brosso, 89, passed away unexpectedly on October 16, 2026, while on vacation in Sebring, Florida. He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Ann Brosso, of Lewes, Delaware; his daughters, Carole Brosso (Dawn Buras) of Pasadena, Maryland, Michele (Andy) Reiman of McLean, Virginia, and Stephanie Bavaro (Jason) of Arizona; his two granddaughters, Abigail and Virginia Reiman; and a sister, Diane Brosso.Bob was an award-winning architect and the president of his architectural firm in Towson, Maryland. His firm specialized in the design of firehouses, fitness centers, commercial office spaces, and unique residential properties.Bob was also an avid sailor. He was a long-standing member of the Glenmar Sailing Assn. in Baltimore, Maryland, where he raced and won many trophies over the years. He also loved gardening and traveling and was an adoring pet parent for his numerous dogs and cats. He is survived by one of each, Ciocco and TC.Bob and his humor, humble spirit and love for everyone and everything that mattered to him will be remembered fondly by all who knew him. Donations in his honor and memory can be made to any animal rescue organization in your area. A service will be conducted at the Delaware Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery at a later date.
