Richard Urbanowski

Richard Urbanowski, age 60, passed away on Friday, November 14, 2025, in Sebring, Florida. He was born on October 1, 1965, in Kingsport, Tennessee, the son of Robert and Nellie (Estep) Urbanowski.

Richard worked as a handyman and took great pride in helping others through his skills. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, and he was dedicated to volunteer service at the Lighthouse Vision Loss Center. He supported the Red Canes Support Group and cherished the many friendships he formed through his volunteer work.

Richard is survived by his loving wife, Gloria Urbanowski; two sons, Richard Urbanowski Jr. and Andrew Urbanowski; and his siblings Randy (Sandy) Urbanowski, Vince (Donna) Urbanowski, Bobbie (Tambra) Urbanowski, and Letrece (Dickie) Mills.

A visitation will be held on Friday, November 21, 2025, from 5:00–7:00 p.m. at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home. A funeral service will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at the Independent Baptist Church in Sebring, with burial to follow at Lakeview Memorial Gardens.
