Richard "Dick" Byron Tuttle, age 77, passed away Tuesday, January 22, 2013 in Sebring, Florida. Mr. Tuttle was born in Chicago, Illinois on April 21, 1935 to Byron and Viola (Toppen) Tuttle. Mr. Tuttle was a service manager, he was of the Christian faith, he served in the United States Marines during the Korean War, and he had been a resident of Avon Park since 2008 coming from Illinois after 16 years of RVing throughout the United States. He is survived by his wife of 51 years-Donna Tuttle of Avon Park, Florida; sons-Ray Tuttle (Cathy) of Ohio and Paul Tuttle; daughter-Gail Stover (Craig) of Atlanta, Georgia; brothers-Jim Tuttle of Georgia and Edward Tuttle of Texas; sisters-Joan Barnes (Charlie) of Wisconsin, Dorothy Vanderhoof of Missouri and Susanna Vanderhoof of Wisconsin; 8 grandchildren-Jonathan Bates, Kristina Borntreger, Ray Tuttle, Jr., Tyler Hinkelman, Tiffany Hinkelman, Richard Tuttle, Mackenzie Stover and Keegan Stover; 2 great grandchildren-Liliana Borntreger and Penelope Borntreger. Mr. Tuttle was preceded in death by sons-Richard and Jeff Tuttle, a sister-Ellen Poisel and a grandson-Richard Tuttle. A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 26, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home with Pastor Bill Raymond officiating.
