Richard Charles Simons, age 74, passed away on Tuesday May 25, 2021 in Sebring, FL. He was born on October 4,1946 in Trenton, NJ to Raymond Charles Simons and Margaret Catherine Smolinski. Richard worked as a truck driver, served his country in the United States Army in the 101 st Airborne Division (Screaming Eagles) during the Vietnam War. He has been a resident of Sebring for 10 years. Richard enjoyed going to the gun range, reading, and watching Homicide Hunter with Lt. Joe Kenda. He is survived by his daughter - Nicole Gallagher of Lake Placid, FL; sons -Anthony Simons of Avon Park, FL; Richard Simons of Oklahoma. Surviving are also 7 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 daughters - Kimberly Simons, Cherlian Haynes and son Shaun Simons.
