Richard “Dick” Allen Rosenberger was born on April 23, 1942, in Lima, Ohio, to Howard Glen and Velma Elizabeth Rosenberger. He passed away peacefully on January 3, 2026, in Lake Placid, Florida.
Dick shared 61 years of devoted marriage with his beloved wife, Judith Ann (Anderson). Together they built a life grounded in love, commitment, and the joy of family.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his sister Connie, and his brother Larry.
Dick is survived by his children, Craig Rosenberger (Sheryl) and Michele Rousseau (Scott), who will forever carry with them his wisdom, humor, and steady presence. He was a proud and loving grandfather to Shelby, Grace, Matt, and Anna—each one a source of immense joy and pride.
For more than 30 years, Dick worked for ACO Hardware—a career he truly loved. After retiring, he and Judy enjoyed dividing their time between their home in Ortonville, Michigan, and their community in Sebring, Florida. Wherever they lived, Dick stayed active and involved, planning and helping with events, participating in activities, and offering laughter, kindness, and friendship to all around him.
Dick leaves behind a legacy of integrity, warmth, and unwavering dedication to the people he loved. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and all who were blessed to know him.
