Pinckney and Cynthia Witter.  He worked as a landscaper, attended Church of God by Faith, and has been a lifelong resident of Avon Park, FL.  He is survived by his Mother - Cynthia Witter; Daughters – Cheri Pinckney; Graciella Pinckney; Kiayana Pinckney; Sons – Matthew Pinckney; Nathaniel Pinckney; Dontae Pinckney; Brothers – Frederick Pinckney; Michael Steenberg; and 5 Grandchildren.
