Family of Steven Wayne Harper is saddened to announce his death on January 27, 2026 in Lake Wales, FL. He was born to Foy And Edna Harper in January 12, 1954 in Spencer, WV.
He is survived by his wife Lucia Ramos-Harper, step-children; Manda Gager, Nanette Baptiste and Edwina Young, six grandchildren and 2 great grand children.
