Richard Elmer Haley, age 51, passed away on Thursday, December 12, 2019 in Avon Park, Florida. He was born October 27, 1968 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida to Richard Haley and Madelyn Marie Bauer. Richard had been a resident of the area for 46 years coming from Ft. Lauderdale, FL and attended Grace Bible Church. He enjoyed fishing, boating, loved music and loved his dog, Addie. Richard is survived by his Wife – Danielle Haley of Sebring, FL; Sister – Chantelle Haley of Sebring, FL; Niece – Adrienne Pierce. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2019 at 11:00am at Grace Bible Church with family receiving friends beginning at 10:00am. A fellowship will follow provided by Graceful Food Ministries.
