Richard Allan Foote, age 88, of Sebring, Florida passed away Sunday, June 8, 2025 in Lake Wales, Florida. He was born August 12, 1936 in Mayville, Michigan to Raymond and Clara (Freeland) Foote. He worked as an Electrician for General Motors and has been a resident of Sebring, Florida since 1996, coming from Michigan. Richard is survived by his Son – Scot Foote of Flint, Michigan; Grandchildren – Patricia “Tricia” Foote of Flint, Michigan and Justin Pavlicek of Casselberry, Florida. He is preceded in death by his Wife – Norma Foote; and Daughter – Catherine Hemingway.
