Richard Alan Cox, 58 of Avon Park, FL passed away on Friday, September 7, 2018.  He was born on June 29, 1960 in Hammond, Indiana to Calvin Wheeler Cox and Virginia Catherine (Ross) Cox.  He is survived by his wife Teresa Cox.  He also leaves behind two daughters, Amanda (Michael) Parker and Brianna (Clennon) Cole and one brother, Dennis (Terri) Cox.  A Graveside Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at 2:00pm at the Lakeview Memorial Garden.
