Randall W. Carnes

Randall W. Carnes, age 54, passed away on Monday, October 10, 2016 in DeSoto County, Florida. He was born on October 16, 1961 in Avon Park, Florida. Being a lifelong resident of the area he had served in the West Sebring Volunteer Fire Department and was a member of Eastside Christian Church in Lake Placid. Randall enjoyed fishing, hunting and golfing. He loved his family dearly and enjoyed spending time with them. Survivors include his parents: Ron and Sue Carnes of Sebring, FL; his son: Jonathan C. Carnes of Dayton, OH; his sister: Susan Beth Carnes Shaw (Jeff) of Deland, FL; one niece: Kristen Santee, and one nephew: Cody Santee. The family will gather to receive friends on Thursday, October 13, 2016 from 5:00-8:00pm at Stephenson Nelson Funeral Home in Sebring.
