Ralph Zadic Bell, age 96, passed away Saturday, April 6, 2024 in Lake Placid, Florida. He was born October 24, 1927 in Holopaw, Florida to the late James Alvin and Lelia Duval (Marlowe) Bell. Ralph had been a resident since 1979 coming from Albany, GA, was a member of First Presbyterian Church, the Lions Club, and Bridge Club. Ralph was a violinist in the Sebring Orchestra and a member of the church choir. As a lover of music, he wrote and composed many songs.  He enjoyed wood working, Tennis, loved to run and ran marathons. Ralph is survived by his Wife – Sara Ann Bell of Lake Placid, FL; Daughters – Caron Bell Burnette (James) of Suwanee, GA; Carolyn Bell Barton (John) of Winter Haven, FL; Pam Allred (Marvin) of Sebring, FL; Tina Lowe of Arcadia, FL; 12 Grandchildren- Jim, Bryan, Leigh, Lauren, Nick, Mike, Lori Beth, & Katie Grace; Aaron, Justin, Mitchell, Christa; 12 Great-Grandchildren- Darcy, Sean, Hunter, Kaitlyn, Matthew, Declan, Addie, & Lily; Aaron, Justin, Mitchell, Krista, Ashton, Haleigh, Rachel, & Honesty. As well as his parents, he was preceded in death by his Son – Michael Z. Bell. He was a WWII Navy Veteran. Burial will take place at Sarasota National Cemetery on Wednesday, April 17th at 12:30pm.
