Ralph Barcinas

Ralph James Barcinas, age 56, passed away on September 25, 2016 in Sebring, FL. He was born on January 29, 1960 in Tampa, FL to Vincente and Matilda (Santos) Barcinas. Ralph had been a Florida resident for 47 years. He worked in construction and was of the Catholic faith. Ralph loved fishing, boating, cooking, his family, and especially his grandchildren.
