Preston Theo Williams, a lifelong resident of Avon Park, Florida, passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2016 in Sebring, Florida. He was a member of the Church of Christ. Preston was preceded in death by his Father Robert Jackson. His survivors include his Mother Judy Jackson; Sisters: Cathy Zorn, Debbie Williams, Jenner Meredith; Brothers: Clifford Armstrong, Ray Simmons, Gary Williams, and Bruce Williams
