Phyllis Marie Klepser

The family of Phyllis Marie Klepser is saddened to announce her death on January 29, 2026, in Sebring, FL. She was born to Herman and Grace Horn on July 10, 1942, in New London, CT.

Phyllis is preceded in death by both of her parents, her husband 49 years Thomas Klepser. She is survived by her son; Mark Klepser, two grandchildren Jenna Klepser and Jalen Klepser, three siblings Keysha Howard, Ashley Horn and Ryan Horn.

Phyllis was known for her love of arts and crafts, gardening and her love for the Tampa Bay Buc’s and her family.
