Phillip Samuel Douglas

Phillip Samuel Douglas passed away on Saturday, October 14, 2023 in Sebring, Florida at the age of 70. The son of Elijah and Judith (Salmon) Douglas. He was born on February 3, 1953 in Glenwood Springs Spalding, Jamaica. Phillip worked as a laborer in the construction industry, attended Church of Christ and has been a resident of Sebring for over 30 years. His hobbies included freshwater fishing and he enjoyed a life of leisure. Phillip is survived by his loving wife, Josephine. He was preceded in death by his parents.
