Perry L. Waldron, Sr.

PERRY L. WALDRON, SR. Perry L. Waldron, Sr., age 68, of Avon Park, Florida passed away Monday, July 16, 2012 at his home. He was born December 26, 1943 in Sebring, Florida to Harvey and Lettie (Keen) Waldron. He was a heavy equipment operator for the Highlands County Road and Bridge Department, member of the Moose Lodge, NRA, NWTF, an avid outdoorsman, of Pentecostal Faith, and a lifelong resident of Highlands County. He is survived by his wife of 48 years - Mary Ann Waldron of Avon Park, FL; Daughters - Martha Waldron Noonan of Avon Park, FL; Katrina Waldron Rummler (Erik) of Avon Park, FL; Son - Perry "Bubba" L. Waldron, Jr. (Stephanie) of Avon Park, FL; Sisters - Charlotte Rutledge (Wayne) of Albany, GA; Corrine McRoy (Jerry) of Ortona, FL; Brothers - John L. Waldron (Brenda) of Chiefland, FL; Jerry Waldron (Barbara Ann) of Chipley, FL; 9 Grandchildren; 6 Great Grandchildren; Sister-in-laws - Barbara Willis (Gary) of Bucyrus, OH; Rose DiSano (Jeff) of Springville, CA; Emily Kay Sanchez (Chava) of Mexico; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his Son - James Harvey Waldron and 3 Brothers - Sidney Waldron, Rueben Waldron, and Walter Waldron. Funeral Services will be held Friday, July 20, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Rupert officiating. Family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 PM prior the service. In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family to help cover expenses.
