Penny Sue SeKrenes

Penny Sue SeKrenes passed away on October 17, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. Penny was born in Bath, Michigan, to the late Adelma and Clara (Curts) Shumaker.Penny will be remembered as an amazing stay-at-home mother who devoted her life to loving and caring for her family. Her grandchildren were a special joy in her life, and she cherished the time she spent with them. Later in life, Penny discovered a passion for creating beautiful floral arrangements. She also loved dancing with her husband, John, making lasting memories together that will be treasured forever.
Penny is survived by her loving husband, John SeKrenes; her three daughters , Kimberly SeKrenes (Scott) of Florida, Kelly King of Pennsylvania, and Karen SeKrenes of Michigan; six grandchildren, Jonathon, Daniel, MacKenzie, Ryleigh, Kody, and Kiley; eight great and eight great-great grandchildren.Penny will be deeply missed by her family and all who had the privilege of knowing and loving her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind.
