Peggy Jo Richards

Peggy Jo Richards, 57, of Avon Park, Florida entered into rest January 27, 2011 at home surrounded by her loving family. Peggy is survived by her beloved husband of 27 years, Keith, two loving daughters, Marsha (John) Barcinas, and Morgan (Greg) Culbertson of Avon Park, sister, Patricia (Tommy) Brantley of Frostproof, and four grandchildren, Brooke, Taylor, Rylee and Emmitt and several nieces and nephews. Peggy was preceded in death by her parents Grady and Margaret Durrance. Peggy was born in Frostproof, Florida and was a retired employee of the United States Post Office in Avon Park after 25 years of service. Peggy was a lifelong resident of Highlands County. Peggy was a very generous and caring person who was loved by family, friends and many postal customers. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Upon the request of Peggy, memorial services will not be held. In lieu of flowers please make contributions to Good Shepherd Hospice of Highlands County.
