Paul Matthew Marusich

Paul Matthew Marusich, age 59, was born on August 9, 1956 in Manistique, MI to the late Anton John and Ann Marie (Gorsche) Marusich. He had been a resident of Frostproof since November 2014 having come from Minneapolis, MN. Paul was a graduate of the Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, MI. He was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather. He enjoyed guitar, both playing and teaching. Paul was an excellent mushroom hunter in Michigan and Minnesota. He made friends everywhere and will be missed by all who knew him. Paul is survived by his wife: Korby Lane Marusich of Frostproof, FL; children: Robert J. Finn (Liz) of Frostproof, FL; Ian B. Finn of Frostproof, FL; Camron J. Shaw (Ikram) of Alaska; brothers: Mike (Carol), Tony, and Steve Marusich; sisters: Ann Megas (James) and Mary Marusich; grandchildren: Hamza (8), Zac (5), Zaynab (3), Betty (7) and Cash (4); nephews: Christopher (Yoriko) and Andrew; nieces: Amanda (Macy), and Joan. Great-niece: Azalea. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice. A Celebration of Life will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. with a luncheon to be held at 12 p.m. on Saturday, October 3 2015 at the Paint River Landing in Crystal Falls, MI.
