Paul Downs

Paul Downs, age 78, passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 in Sebring, Florida after a long period of failing health. He was born on April 17, 1937 in Lebanon, Maine to the late Carl and Evelyn (Wallingford) Downs.  Paul moved to Frostproof in 2000 and enjoyed camping at Lobster Buoy Campsite.  Paul loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them all.    Survivors include his wife, Peggy Downs, children, Anthony (Mary)-PA; Allen-FL; Steven-ME; Rene (Suzie)-NH; Randy(Terry)-NH; Paul, Jr. “Babe” (Terry)-ME; Lonnie (Lisa)-ME; Rory (Catherine)-FL; Sindy (Paul)-FL; Peggy (Gil)-ME; Brieann (Josh)-ME and several foster children, many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren and his dog, Sophie.  He was preceded in death by his son, Paul Downs.
