Patricia A. Rind, age 79, passed away in Sebring, Florida on March 10, 2020. She was born in Philipsburg, New Jersey on May 9, 1940 to Fernie and Theresa (Miers) Coates. She had been a Highlands County resident since 2006. Prior to that she lived in Bonita Springs, Florida and Pennsylvania. She was a nurse in the health care field and enjoyed volunteering at Advent Health, knitting and reading. Patricia is survived by her children, Sherri Basta of Massachusetts and Donald Basta and his wife (Kathy) of Pennsylvania; three grandsons and their families, Nathan (Lauren), Jarrette (Ashley), Joshua (Mackenzie) and three great-grandchildren Reiyna, Mileigh and Scarlett. She was preceded in death by her parents, her siblings and her husbands, LeRoy Rind Jr, Harry Perini and Donald Basta Sr.
