Patricia A. Walker

Patricia A. Walker “Ammaw”, 71, of Sebring passed away Sunday November 12, 2017.  She was born to the late Louie H. and Betty L. (Waugh) Angel in Torrington, Connecticut.  She had been a resident since 2009 coming from North Carolina.  Patricia was a formal employee of Concrete Pipe (Hanson) in Richmond, member of Whispering Pines Baptist Church of Sebring, enjoyed bingo, her church and volunteering at Florida Hospital here in Sebring.  Survivors include her son-James H. (Crystal) Walker of VA; James’ father-David E. Walker of FL; sister-Bonnie (Troy) Sutphin of WV; four grandchildren; Austin, Allison, Summer, and Payton. She was preceded in death by her daughter Michelle and brother-Keith Angel. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at 2:00 PM with family receiving friends beginning at 1:00 PM at the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Trinkle officiating.  A Visitation will be held on Friday, November 17, 2017 from 1:30-2:30pm at Bliley's Funeral Home, 6900 Hull Street, Richmond, VA.  She will be laid to rest in Greenwood Memorial Gardens, Richmond, VA.  Memorial contributions may be made to the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research, Tampa, FL, www.moffitt.org.
