Orene Johns

Orene Johns, age 86, of Avon Park, FL, passed away Saturday, January 13, 2024.  She was born October 20, 1937 in Brantley County, GA to Harley and Mabel Johns.  She was a Homemaker, member of the Avon Park Church of God, and has been a resident of Avon Park, FL since 1950, coming from Georgia.  Orene is survived by her Daughters- Tammy Lynn Carroll (Dan) of Avon Park, FL; Lisa Yvonne Scott (Joseph) of Talkeetna, AK; Vonnie Gay Headley (Reyce) of Avon Park, FL; Brother – Gary Johns of Avon Park, FL; 11 Grandchildren; and 16 Great Grandchildren.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at 11:00 AM with family receiving friends beginning at 10:00 AM at the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home of Avon Park.  Interment will follow in Bougainvillea Cemetery.
