Norma Galarza

Norma Galarza, 85, of Sebring, FL, passed away peacefully on December 4, 2024. She was born on May 17, 1939, in Vieques, Puerto Rico, to the late Joaquin and Herminia Aloyo.

She moved to Sebring in 2022 from Ft. Myers, FL. Norma’s greatest joy was being surrounded by her loved ones, and she leaves behind a legacy of kindness.

She is survived by her five loving children: Norma Migliaccio of New York, Noemi Arce of Florida, Isaias Arce of Florida, Daniel Arce of Georgia, and Samuel Arce of New York. She is also survived by her cherished siblings: Petra Bricuyet of Florida, Iris Bella Aloyo of Florida, and Miguel Aloyo of New Jersey. Norma’s family also includes fourteen adoring grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. Norma’s love and devotion to her family will forever remain in their hearts.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, as well as her sister Carmen Montes and brothers John Borras, Jose Aloyo, and Jose Carmona.

Norma had a zest for life that shone through in everything she did. She was known for her excellent cooking, her love of dancing, and her appreciation for music. In quieter moments, she found joy in watching television, scrapbooking, and meticulously organizing family photos, preserving cherished memories for future generations.

As a member of the Jehovah’s Witnesses, Norma’s faith was a guiding light throughout her life. She was a fun-loving, nurturing, organized, and kind soul who touched the lives of everyone she met. Her radiant smile and caring spirit will be deeply missed.
