Noreen G. Headley, age 81, of Avon Park, FL, passed away Monday, December 2, 2019. She was born October 23, 1938 in Manitoba, Canada, to William Elder and Mae Ardron. Noreen worked for Highlands County Sheriff’s Office as a Food Service Supervisor. She is survived by Son-Reyce Headley (Vonnie) of Avon Park; Son- Regan Rogers of Alberta, Canada; Brother-Marvin Elder of Canada; 4 Grandchildren-Charles, Hannah, Harley, Regan; 1 Great Grandchild-Levi. Noreen is preceded in death by her parents; Husbands-Norman Rogers and Charles Headley; Sister-Arlene.
