Nicholas Vasil, Jr.

With profound respect and cherished remembrance, we announce the passing of Nicholas Vasil, Jr. on July 14, 2026, in Sebring, Florida, at the age of 71. Born on June 23, 1955, in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, Nicholas’s life was defined by a deep dedication to his family and a quiet strength that left a lasting mark on all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Nicholas's story began in the town of Lebanon, Pennsylvania, where he entered the world and, from his earliest days, demonstrated a keen sense of responsibility. That responsibility would later lead him to become a loyal and valuable associate to the Clark Group for many decades of his career. Nicholas was also loyal to his favorite pastimes: fishing and hunting with the boys, and bird watching from his deck.

Nicholas was a devoted father, survived by his sons, Douglas (Kim) Vasil and Brian (Courtney) Vasil, and his daughter, Jennifer (Todd Simonds). He leaves behind to cherish his memory his beloved grandchildren, and one great grandchild. His life will be remembered not only in the legacy of his children but in the countless moments of kindness, understanding, and strength he bestowed upon all fortunate enough to call him family or friend. Though we mourn the absence of Nicholas, we also celebrate the many ways in which he enriched the lives of those around him and we remain deeply grateful for the years and laughter shared.
