Nelson Carl "Ned" Bair, Sr.

Nelson C. "Ned" Bair, Sr. age 77, passed away Friday, May 1, 2015 in Sarasota, Florida. He was born on November 3, 1937 in Allentown, Pennsylvania to the late Adam L. and Gwen (Howells) Bair. Ned had been a resident of Sebring since 1994 coming from Miami Lakes, FL. He was a member of Pinecrest Golf Club where he loved playing golf. He was a Mason and lifelong member of the Brick Layers Union. Ned is survived by his wife: Ruth Bair-Sebring, FL, his son: William S. (Sherri) Bair-Fleming Island, FL, step-daughters: Rebecca Lietzau-Broward County, FL and Nitza Magallanes-Sebring, FL, ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son: Nelson Carl Bair, Jr. There will be a memorial service on Wednesday, May 6, 2015, 6:00pm, at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home of Sebring with W. Mike Adams officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 5:00pm.
