Nell Jones

Nell Jones, age 91, of Avon Park, FL, passed away Friday, February 10, 2023.  She was born January 21, 1932 in Kinston, AL to Lester and Anna Harrison.  She worked as a Medical Office Manager, is a Southern Baptist, Avon Park High School Graduate class of 1952, and has been a resident since 1947, coming from Alabama.  Nell is survived by her Daughter – Elaine Gainous of Avon Park, FL; Sister – Loresa Lewis Collins of Avon Park, FL; 3 Grandchildren – Kristy Ogburn (Doug); Justin Brock (Angela); Rachel Breen (Logan); 8 Great Grandchildren – Kadi; Brock; Annabelle; Savannah; Angelina; Dominic; Mary Elizabeth; and Mackenzie.  She is preceded in death by her Parents; Husband – Donald F. Jones; Son – Steven Duane Brock; Grandson – Michael Hoke; and Brother – Pete Harrison. A private family graveside service will be held.
