NANCY M. MELLON Nancy M. Mellon, age 70, of Sebring, Florida, passed away on Friday, October 4, 2013 in Sebring. She was born on March 21, 1943 in Geneva, Pennsylvania to Bernard and Betty Jane (Gibbs) Westcott and had been a resident of Sebring since 1993, coming from Pennsylvania. She worked at ARC. She liked decorating for Halloween, doing crafts and baking. She is survived by her children, Kim Harned, Kelly Tino and Scott Mellon, all of Pennsylvania; her mother, Betty Wescott of Sebring; sister, Dee Ristum of Sebring; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
