Nancy Lee Hodges

Nancy Lee Hodges, age 76, of Avon Park, Florida went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, April 26, 2023. She was born February 21, 1947 in Marianna, Florida to Louis Dudley, Sr. and Castoria Taylor Dudley. She worked as a Cook, was a member of the Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, and has been a resident of Avon Park, Florida since 1971, coming from Marianna, Florida. Nancy is survived by her Husband – John D. Hodges, Jr.; Daughter – Antonette Hodges; Son – Darrell Hodges (Linda); Step-Daughter – Anette Hodges; Step-Sons – Jerome Hodges; Timothy Hodges (Alva); Sister – Jellovee Tarver (Lewis); Elizabeth Dudley; Pauline Davis; Brother – Louis Dudley, Jr.; Willie Dudley (Jennie); Special Granddaughter – Te’Naura Simmons; 9 Grandchildren; Special Neice – Catina Spurlock; God Children – Tony Walker; Tonya Hardy; Christopher Washington; and Special Family Friend – Latysha Anderson-Wells. She was preceded in death by her Parents; Sisters – Lillian Thompson; Alma Dudley; Shirley Dudley; and Fannie Elder. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 6, 2023 at 11:00 AM with visitation starting at 10:00 AM at the Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church of Lake Placid. She will be laid to rest in Lakeview Memorial Gardens.
